Step 1: Meet & Plan
We begin with a thoughtful walk-through of your space to understand your goals, assess saleable items, and outline a plan that feels right for you.

Step 2: Prep & Sale
Our team takes care of the details: sorting, staging, photographing, pricing, and managing the sale from start to finish. You can step back while we handle everything with care.

Step 3: Wrap Up & Get Paid
After the sale, we provide a sales summary, coordinate any needed donation or cleanout services, and mail your check within 7–10 business days.
